After that, lift up the gray lever on the right side of the ink cartridge assembly carefully And remove all ink cartridges from it Here, you need to lift the black plastic Printhead up and take it out You have successfully removed the Printhead, now move to clean it Methods to Clean a PrintHead of your Canon printer:Method 1 - Soak with cleaning solution Once you have removed the PrintHead, then you should go to clean it up with help of a cleaning solution.
You can create a cleaning solution using Power Generators Suppliers the 20% ammonia and distilled water. After that heat up that mixture in microwave oven for 15-20 seconds, but not steaming hot. Now you need to soak your PrintHead’s clogged ends into it. This will clear some part of the clogged ink; then after a while, you can clean with a clear piece of cloth or paper napkin. Method 2 - Using water pressure The water pressure can also be use to get rid of the clogging on your printer’s PrintHead. This will clear the blockage yet, it’s not an ideal way to clean it. In fact, mostly experts won’t recommend it. You should prefer to use distilled water for better results. Once you remove the PrintHead from your printer; you need to clear all the excess ink from it and then remove rubber gaskets from inside the PrintHead. After that, simply keep the PrintHead under a strong faucet with high pressure.
